These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and products operated by Parasol Software (“Parasol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — namely Aria, QuietForge, and Lattice (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We do not offer consulting, agency work, or unrelated services. Specific features, pricing, and availability may change over time. We may offer free, paid, subscription, or in-app purchase options depending on the product.

Paid features are billed through the payment methods presented at checkout (including Stripe and app-store billing where applicable). Prices are shown before purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation instructions for that product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with the Services are owned by Parasol Software or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parasol Software and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) if you have not paid us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parasol Software and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Export and Legal Restrictions

You may not use or export the Services in violation of U.S. or other applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
